Meet the outcome architects
Excelerators was built on a simple premise: the people best positioned to design Outcome Architecture are the ones who have lived inside the problem. Not consultants who studied it. Not technologists who built tools around it. Operators who ran the companies, made the decisions, lived with the consequences, and learned what actually works.

Matt Seiler
Founder & CEO
Matt Seiler has spent his career doing one thing better than almost anyone: finding the idea at the heart of a business (or a person) that makes it undeniably, irreducibly itself. He "put the agent back in agency" for PHD, focused on "the work, the work, the work" for BBDO, and built "curious minds for surprising results" for UM. And now, what he'll tell you is the best of the lot: "Outcome Architecture" for Excelerators, making sure how companies make money, reward its people, and structure the work match the value it's trying to create.
It's a throughline that runs across his career including three CEO roles: twelve years inside Omnicom, eight at IPG, and the last eight years working across industries with the executives who run them.
When he's not doing that, Matt and Wilbur, his wire-haired pointing griffon, are hiking somewhere on the Pacific coastline, engaged in an ongoing negotiation about just how far is far enough! He brings the same indefatigability to his three daughters, to Nevis, and to most things worth doing.

Leah Weyandt has spent her career building cultures that attract, retain, and ignite top talent; transforming organizations into employers of choice; and turning people strategy into enterprise value. The objective has always been clear: connect people decisions to business performance and enable cultures that win.
When she isn't building cultures for her clients, she's chasing it in the wild as a self-professed polymath wannabe and urban wanderer, walking cities into submission. She's just as comfortable tracking buskers, street art, and food trucks as lingering in symphony halls, museums, and over long, Michelin-starred dinners.
She lives in NYC with her husband and is grateful that their two wildly fun and endlessly creative sons are building lives of their own and always up for the next adventure. At Excelerators, she channels that same curiosity and drive into Outcome Architecture, blending commercial design and people strategy into a single operating model that drives life-changing enterprise value.
